This year’s Royal Three Counties Show, held from 14-16 June 2024 in the picturesque town of Malvern, provided an exceptional backdrop for our extensive marquee installation project. As a celebration of rural life that draws visitors from all corners of the UK, the show is a highlight for those interested in agriculture, livestock, and local craftsmanship. It’s a vibrant event filled with displays, competitions, and educational activities, making it a perfect setting for businesses to showcase their products and services.
Our company was privileged to support nine customers with varied requirements at the Royal Three Counties Show, a testament to our expertise in delivering tailored marquee solutions. The variety and scale of the marquee installations were designed to cater to the unique needs of each exhibitor, ensuring they could present their offerings in an environment that was both appealing and practical.
Our task was to provide and set up a diverse array of clearspan marquees, each chosen for its specific features and benefits:
The setup for each marquee began a day before the event, allowing sufficient time for exhibitors to prepare their spaces. The challenges of coordinating multiple installations simultaneously were met with meticulous planning and execution. Our experienced team worked tirelessly to ensure that each structure was erected safely and to the highest standards.
During the show, our team remained on-hand to provide immediate support and address any issues that arose. This proactive approach ensured that the exhibitors could focus entirely on their visitors and activities without concern for the infrastructure.
The successful delivery of these diverse marquee installations at the Royal Three Counties Show 2024 not only demonstrated our capability to manage large-scale projects but also reinforced our reputation as a leader in marquee hire and installation. Each marquee was tailored to enhance the exhibitor’s presence and functionality at the show, contributing to their success and the overall vibrancy of the event.
We are proud to have played a part in facilitating such a significant agricultural and cultural showcase and look forward to continuing our support for the Royal Three Counties Show and its exhibitors in the years to come.
